DigiStore Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to DigiStore! Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and cancellation policy outlines your rights and responsibilities.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. To cancel an order:

  • Log into your DigiStore account and go to the "My Orders" section.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel.
  • If the cancellation is successful, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within [3 days] working days.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the delivered product does not match your order, you can request a refund or exchange.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product received is significantly different from the product description on our website, you can apply for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
  • Products that are personalized or custom-made.

4. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any necessary documentation (photos, etc.).
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address if applicable.

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was delivered in error or is defective.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [Insert number of days] working days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
