3. Account Registration

3.1 For Vendors

• Vendors must register an account with DigiStore to list products. The vendor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided information.
• Vendors agree to keep their account information updated and confidential.
• DigiStore reserves the right to reject or terminate any vendor account if it violates any laws or these terms.

3.2 For Customers

• Customers are required to register an account to make purchases. All provided information must be accurate, and customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are solely responsible for the content they upload, including product descriptions, prices, images, and any other relevant details.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection laws, and any other local or national legislation.
• Vendors are responsible for shipping products to customers in a timely and efficient manner and providing accurate tracking information.
• Vendors agree not to sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items on the platform.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for reading all product descriptions, reviews, and specifications before making a purchase.
• Once a purchase is made, the customer agrees to the vendor's return and refund policy (if applicable).
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information and ensure that their payment details are correct.

6. Payments and Fees

• For Vendors: DigiStore will charge a commission on each sale made through the platform. The specific commission structure will be provided at the time of registration. Vendors will receive payment for their products after deducting DigiStore’s commission and any applicable taxes.
• For Customers: Payments must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateways. Any applicable shipping or handling fees will be included in the final price.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Vendors are responsible for the packaging and shipping of their products. Shipping times and delivery methods are determined by the vendor and provided to the customer at the time of purchase.
• DigiStore is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost shipments, though we may assist in dispute resolution between vendors and customers.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

• For Vendors: Vendors must clearly specify their return and refund policies. If no policy is provided, a standard 7-day return period will apply.
• For Customers: Customers are encouraged to review the vendor's return policy before making a purchase. If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they may request a return or refund based on the vendor’s policy.
• In case of disputes, DigiStore will act as a mediator to resolve conflicts between vendors and customers.

9. Prohibited Items

Vendors are prohibited from selling the following items:

• Illegal or counterfeit products.
• Hazardous materials.
• Adult content or pornography.
• Products that infringe on intellectual property rights.

DigiStore reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or local laws.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Privacy Policy
